Agreement and license
By creating an account or using InboxPilot, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. Use of the iOS app is also subject to Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. The app is licensed, not sold.
Accounts
You are responsible for accurate account information, protecting your login credentials, and activity performed through your account. Do not share passwords, document passwords, access tokens, or verification links. Contact support if you suspect unauthorized access.
Connected services
You may connect third-party email, calendar, contact, task, reminder, mapping, and notification services. You authorize InboxPilot to access and process the selected data for enabled features. Availability depends on each provider's APIs, permissions, limits, and terms. You remain responsible for your accounts with those providers.
AI and automated processing
AI interpretations, extracted document fields, research results, prices, routes, dates, categories, and suggested messages may be incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate. Review important information before relying on it. InboxPilot is an organizational assistant and does not provide medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice.
InboxPilot may automatically create or update items from sources you connect after you approve a provider. Actions that communicate externally, such as sending a booking request, require your confirmation unless you explicitly enable another supported workflow.
Bookings, invitations, and deliveries
A draft, request, invitation, or suggested provider is not a confirmed appointment or purchase. A booking exists only when the provider confirms it. Delivery dates and statuses depend on merchant and carrier information and may change. You are responsible for verifying time-sensitive or important arrangements.
Subscriptions and fair use
Plans may include monthly limits for AI actions and email analyses. Premium features described as unlimited remain subject to reasonable daily limits, technical capacity, and protection against automated abuse. Prices, included usage, and renewal terms shown by the App Store at purchase control. Billing, cancellation, and refund eligibility are handled under Apple's terms and policies.
Documents and user content
You retain responsibility for documents, contact information, messages, images, and other content you provide or connect. Only process content you are permitted to use. Do not upload unlawful, infringing, malicious, or harmful material. Password-protected documents require the correct password before extraction can succeed.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse InboxPilot, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with synchronization or security, submit deceptive booking requests, scrape or overload the service, evade plan limits, reverse engineer the service except where law permits, or use it to harm others or violate applicable law.
Availability and changes
We may update features, integrations, supported providers, models, usage limits, or technical requirements to maintain and improve InboxPilot. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or permanent support for a third-party service. Access may be suspended for maintenance, security, legal compliance, failed payment, or misuse.
Deleting your account
You can request account deletion in Settings. Deletion disables the account and active sessions and may be irreversible. Certain billing, security, abuse-prevention, dispute, and legal records may be retained as described in the Privacy Policy.
Intellectual property
InboxPilot, its interface, branding, software, text, and related materials are owned by or licensed to us and protected by applicable laws. These Terms do not grant permission to copy, resell, or commercially reuse them.
Disclaimer and limitation
To the extent permitted by law, InboxPilot is provided “as is” and “as available”. We disclaim warranties not required by law and are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the service, missed appointments, provider decisions, incorrect extracted data, delivery changes, or third-party outages. Nothing limits rights or liability that cannot legally be limited.
Changes and contact
We may update these Terms as InboxPilot changes. The revised version and effective date will be posted here. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms where permitted by law.
